Engineering is described as an engineering and consulting activity related to the solution of various tasks during development creation, well improvement products, systems or processes. Within specific investment construction project, practical professional services a research, design, production technological nature. The objective this research study issues in construction, application model laws on activities questions about need for project management construction. following were solved itself: introduction was identified justified; checkpoints processes at stage completion digitalization (by participants) required provision services; indicators assess effectiveness project; criteria have been developed assessing implementation algorithm integrated functioning work Russian engineers Consulting may use results recommendations practice consulting.
